ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. By purchasing any Rofarm product or service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to any refund, return, exchange, credit, or chargeback under any circumstances whatsoever.

This no-refund policy applies regardless of the reason for your dissatisfaction, including but not limited to: account suspensions or permanent bans imposed by game developers or platform operators; software performance issues, bugs, or compatibility problems; changes in game detection systems that may affect software functionality; user error, misunderstanding of product capabilities, or failure to follow provided instructions; buyer's remorse, change of mind, or reconsideration of purchase decision; technical issues with your computer system, network connectivity, or hardware configuration; and any other circumstances beyond our direct control.

You understand that automation software inherently carries risks when used with online games and services. These risks include but are not limited to account penalties, suspensions, or permanent bans. We make no guarantees about the safety, effectiveness, or continued functionality of our software. The decision to use our products is entirely at your own risk and discretion.

This policy is strictly enforced without exception. Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate termination of your license and may subject you to additional legal action. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these terms unconditionally.

DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING. By using Rofarm services, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal information as described herein. We collect and process various types of data to provide, maintain, improve, and secure our services.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when creating an account, making purchases, or using our services, including but not limited to: your email address, username, display name, payment information, billing address, and any communications you send to us. We also automatically collect technical information about your use of our software and services, including your IP address, device identifiers, operating system information, browser type and version, software performance metrics, error logs, crash reports, feature usage statistics, session data, and diagnostic information.

This data is used to provide and maintain our services, process payments and transactions, communicate with you about your account and services, improve our software functionality and user experience, detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized use, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our terms of service. TERMS OF USE AND LICENSE RESTRICTIONS. Your license to use Rofarm software is subject to strict terms and conditions. By downloading, installing, or using our software, you agree to be bound by these terms, which govern your rights and obligations as a user.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Rofarm software solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Permitted uses include automation for personal gaming activities, educational exploration of automation concepts, and testing software functionality in controlled environments. You may not use our software for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to providing services to others, operating gaming services for profit, or any business-related automation activities.

STRICTLY PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES: You are expressly forbidden from reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code of our software; distributing, reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise transferring our software to any third party; modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works based on our software; using our software to violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights; bypassing or attempting to circumvent any security measures or access controls; using our software in any manner that could damage, disable, or overburden our services; and sharing your license credentials or allowing unauthorized access to your account.

You acknowledge that using automation software with online games may violate the terms of service of those games and could result in account penalties, including permanent bans. You assume all risks associated with such use and agree to comply with all applicable terms of service for games and platforms where you use our software. We disclaim any responsibility for consequences arising from your use of our software with third-party services.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your license without refund. We reserve the right to monitor compliance and take appropriate action against violators, including legal proceedings. These terms are binding and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Rofarm software and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. You acknowledge and agree that your use of Rofarm software is entirely at your own risk and discretion. We make no representations or warranties about the reliability, availability, timeliness, security, or accuracy of our software or services. We do not warrant that our software will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rofarm and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: account suspensions, terminations, or permanent bans from games or platforms; loss of virtual items, in-game currency, character progress, or account data; damages resulting from software malfunctions, compatibility issues, or performance problems; loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities; data loss or corruption; system downtime or security breaches; and any other damages arising from or relating to your use of our software.

You understand that automation software carries inherent risks when used with third-party games and services. These platforms may employ detection systems, update their terms of service, or implement new anti-automation measures at any time. We cannot and do not guarantee that our software will remain undetected or continue to function with any particular game or service. You assume all responsibility for compliance with third-party terms of service and accept all consequences of non-compliance.

INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rofarm and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our software or violation of these terms. This disclaimer and limitation of liability shall survive termination of your license and continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
